THE 7 HABITS OF HIGHLY EFFECTIVE PEOPLE, a book written by Dr. Stephen Covey. This book surrounds improving personal efficiency. Nowadays, the core values of the book have formed a training system. To improve our staff’s service quality, Velon invited the teacher from Franklin Covey Co. to organize this important training.
This three-day training contains the learning and practicing of the 7 habits, which Dr. Covey divides into three parts: independence, interdependence, and continual improvement.
There’s an old proverb in the book THE ART OF WAR, written by Sun Tsu, said success belongs to those who share, from top to bottom, in one purpose. Velon believes that an organization’s ability will only be strengthened through the improvement of the internal members. This vital training will build up the strength of our muscles, and then to serve our customers better.
