Silicone Food-Grade Hoses Showcased at PROPAK ASIA

This month we took our products to PROPAK ASIA in Thailand, where we met with customers from all over Southeast Asia and all interested parties.

In this article, we would like to introduce our products that we brought to PROPAK ASIA in detail.

We are a professional manufacturer of industrial hoses for a large number of different media, including water, oil, chemical, food, and so on. But this time, in order to fit the theme of PROPAK, we brought two types of products to the show:

Tube: High purity platinum cured silicone

Reinforcement: Stainless steel helix and 4 layers of polyester reinforcement

Color: Semitransparent

Temperature range: -60℃ ~ + 180℃（max 220℃）

Applications

Sanitary industries, such as food, beverage, cosmetics, medicine, pharmacy, and intermediates, commonly use it.

2. Silicone Delivery Hose - B002

Type code: B002

Tube: smoothbore platinum cured silicone

Reinforcement: 4 polyester textile

Cover: platinum cured silicone

Temperature range:–50˚C to + 180˚C

Advantages: Normally used in food,pharmaceutical and cosmetic processes.Not recommended for vacuum applications.

3. PLATINUM CURED HIGH-PRESSURE SUCTION AND DISCHARGE HOSE （FEP) -W005

Type code: W005

Tube: white smooth FEP material

Reinforcement: polyester fiber braid and stainless steel wire reinforcement

Cover: white, medical grade silicone

Temperature range: -30˚C to + 150˚C

Advantages: smooth interior, excellent corrosion resistance, very low coefficient of friction

Applications：

The FEP inner layer makes the hose very resistant to liquids, semi-fluids and aggressive chemical products.

FEP's extremely low coefficient of friction minimizes residue. The design of the braid and steel wire reinforcement makes it resistant to higher pressures and negative pressures.

Higher pressures and negative pressures allow this hose construction to convey products by suction or discharge at high temperatures.

Tube: white fluorine rubber FVMQ material

Reinforcement: polyester fiber braid and stainless steel wire reinforcement

Cover: medical grade silicone

Temperature range: -40˚C to + 175˚C

Advantages: Resistant to water, grease and alcohol, good corrosion resistance for CIP cleaning

Application：

Specially recommended for the transportation of liquids or semi-liquids in the food, cosmetic and chemical industries. . It has good resistance, especially to fatty or greasy foods and ethanol, to and alcoholic beverages.

5. Food Grade Delivery Silicone Hose For CIP And SIP Cleaning For Pharmaceutical, Medicine, Cosmetices Beverages Food Industries -B001

Construction: high purity platinum cured silicone with polyester fiber reinforcement

Constant operation: -20˚C to + 80˚C

Standards: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600

Advantage: Pharmaceutical and biotechnological processes. For food, beverages, cosmetics, medicine, pharmaceutical industries transporting liquids. It is not recommended for vacuum. Suitable for CIP and SIP cleaning.
