CLASSIFICATION OF HOSES BY STRUCTURE
According to the main structure of the hose products, they can be divided into five categories, namely, sandwich hose, braided hose, winding hose, knitted hose and other hoses.
Cloth Hose: The hose made of rubber covered fabric (rubber cloth) as the skeleton layer material is called cloth hose.

According to the choice of wire, braided hose can be divided into fiber braided hose and steel wire (or other metal wire) braided hose.
① Fiber braided hose is made of fiber yarn (cotton or other synthetic fiber yarn, chemical fiber yarn). According to the different conditions of use, working pressure and performance requirements, etc. can be made into a variety of specifications, types and uses of fiber braided hose.
② Wire braided hose is made of braided steel wire. According to the different use conditions, working pressure and performance requirements, etc. can be made into various specifications, types and uses of steel wire organization hose. The pressure resistance strength of such hoses are higher.
Winding Hose:The hose made by winding various kinds of wire (fiber wire or metal wire) as the skeleton layer material is called winding hose. The performance and production efficiency of winding hose are better than the same type of braided hose made of the same material.
According to the choice of wire, winding hose can be divided into fiber winding hose and steel wire winding hose. There are also winding hoses that use fiber cord fabric or metal wire cord fabric as the skeleton layer.

Other Hoses:In addition to the above-mentioned types of hoses, there are various other structural forms of hoses. Such as pure hose, compound hose, drainage (suction) mud hose, heavy-duty drainage and suction oil hose, drilling hose, short fiber hose and synthetic resin hose, etc.
